Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for United States.

Cost of shipping for all other orders including international orders will be automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

    Do you ship to AFO/APO or military base addresses?

    Yes, we do ship to AFO/APO addresses with the United States Postal Service.

    Do you ship to my country?

    We ship internationally to many countries via the United States Post Office service. A list of countries are available during checkout. If your country is not listed, please email us at customerservice@dordorgorgor.com.

    Return Policy

    What is DorDor & GorGor's return policy?

    If you are unsatisfied with your order we wouldn’t want you to keep it! Please email us at happyshowintl@outlook.com so we can create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # for you and provide return instructions.

    How do I return my product?

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of order. Items must be returned with original packaging, unwashed, and unworn. Prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon obtaining your RMA#. You may simply attach the prepaid return label to the package and drop it off at your local USPS or UPS. 

    I received the wrong product.

    If you have received the wrong product, please contact us at happyshowintl@outlook.com immediately so we can send you your correct order. We will exchange the correct products for you depending on availability.

    How do I exchange an item?

    Please email us at Happyshowintl@outlook.com to notify us which items you are refunding and if you would like an exchange.

    What is the returns process?

    First notify us immediately via email including your invoice # to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and to receive return instructions.

    While we try our best to process all returns, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
