My Account

How do I create an account?

1) Click the "Register / Login" link at the top right side of our site.

2) Enter your first name, last name, email address, and preferred password.

3) Click "Create". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is never sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

Click the "Register / Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.

Click on the "Register/Login" link and then click on the "Forgot Password" link to follow the prompts to retrieve your password. 

 

Order Status

Has my order shipped?

Click the "Register/Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to login to your account to check your order’s status. 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please email us at customerservice@dordorgorgor.com or call us at (909) 869-6047 immediately for any changes to your order before 2:00 pm PST. Any changes to be made requested after 2:00 pm is not guaranteed.

How do I track my order?

Click the "Register/Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to find your tracking number to track the shipping progress of your order.

My order never arrived.

Click the "Register/Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. 

Please first confirm the shipping progress of your order by clicking on the tracking number listed next to your order. If the order status states that the order has been delivered to your address but you have not received your package, please email us at customerservice@dordorgorgor.com immediately so we can assist you.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the "Register/Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you find that an item is missing from your order, please check the invoice enclosed with your order for a refund that might have been processed for out of stock items.

If a refund or another delayed shipment has not been processed for you, please email us immediately at customerservice@dordorgorgor.com so we may assist you immediately.

When will my backorder arrive?

We will email you with an estimated shipment date for the specific item you've ordered that is backordered.

We do apologize beforehand if our suppliers do run out of stock and we are unable to fulfill your order. If a payment was charged, a refund will be returned.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within one business day!But, also please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "Register/Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 business hours of shipment.

 

Return Policy

What is DorDor & GorGor's return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your order we wouldn’t want you to keep it! Please email us at customerservice@dordorgorgor.com so we can create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # for you and provide return instructions.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

If you have received the wrong product, please contact us at customerservice@dordorgorgor.com immediately so we can send you your correct order. We will exchange the correct products for you depending on availabilities.

 

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within California.

I have a question on my charges.

Click the "Register/Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

What are my payment choices?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express cards at this moment. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to choose one of the major credit card carriers and continue to place your order. Please note that only orders with completed & non-fraudulent payments will be shipped the same business day.Any missing information on payments may delay order processing.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the "Register/Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s) for processing.

How do I use a coupon code?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon or voucher code.Click 'APPLY' after entering your code, then the total of your order will be updated.

Please note the following when using a coupon code:
-only one code is allowed per order
-if you are receiving an error when using your code, make sure that the code is only used on one product and one color if your voucher states so.
-if your code states "invalid", make sure that you're checking out with one voucher code with one product, each code requires a separate order. Remove the extra items and enter the code again, then click 'APPLY'
